Affirmative action ain’t pretty. When it was “time” for the first woman on the Supreme Court, they picked a judge who was not only sitting on a state court rather than a federal court, but wasn’t even on that state’s highest court. It was a transparent move, and I say this as someone who thinks Sandra Day O’Connor actually was a competent justice.
Shocks me incessantly! Un-American as they come!
That she would be a janitor in an elementary school would shock me. Talk about unqualified for most anything...
Hey Sonia, I feel your pain. Be glad affirmative action got you a job. And don’t insult me by expressing surprise you got the job.
In other words, she knows she is unqualified.
And numbskulls like Lindsey Graham voted for this unqualified nominee.
What difference does it make? The president is elected, but this one is a puppet of puppets. The people around him do all the damage. We elect senators. They show up for votes and do what some unseen folks tell them to do. Judges are apparently the same now.
Yeah, no s*** Sherlock
Incompetence beyond description would shock anyone
Shock to a lot of Americans, too...sweetie!! UGH!!
“People stop treating you like a person, she said”
That is because your not a normal person anymore, your a member of an elite group of self-empowered tyrants, who regularly dictate entirely new and entirely unwritten clauses to our Constitution to which all of us are made slaves to serve rather than free men to protected by.
So no your not a person, your a master, a dictator, and technically a tyrant given your power was never envisioned or legitimately ceded in any ‘written’ constitution. It is instead entirely a product of the unwritten “constitution” of your own making that is the source of your demonstratively boundless( thus constitution less) power.
