They found it right where it was supposed to be; where the US military was allowed to catalog, but not destroy the stuff.Why the hell wasn't this stuff destroyed? Who was in charge? Was the decision not to destroy the stuff political or military chain of command?

I have been asking for years. If it was not nuclear, it did not fit the template. I get the impression the EPA wouldn’t allow them to be burned in place, and no one wanted to be responsible for trying to move them out of the country and risk an incident.
