I think the reason so many blame Bush, is because he actually wielded a brain, in contrast to Clinton and O$hithead, so the blame falls to the smart one who should’ve known better.

I suppose but I never got to sit in the situation room. At least Bush made decisions in a timely manner. He would not have cut and run from Iraq either.
