A federal appeals court has struck down a Los Angeles law prohibiting people from living in their vehicles, a ruling that could affect similar laws in numerous cities.
The Ninth U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals ruled Thursday that the ban, in place since 1983, is unconstitutionally vague and leads to discriminatory enforcement against the homeless.

When we shook hands I always used to say...If u get a better offer and don't take it...I'll kick your ass!...I wasn't that bad but some understood that and are better off then me now...I feel proud about it!..In hindsight...they paid for my mistakes of picking the bad ones... and God bless ‘em!
