Well, obviously, if you are a larger man, you would have to buy more product, from wherever you would choose to buy it. None of the survivalist food sellers are just going to give it away, so you will have to resign yourself to paying more if you want more calories and quantity of food. You could just buy the 1100 calorie a day food supply, and then you would lose weight and then 1100 calories would be just right, lol.

If you want a 2500 calories per day supply, guess your stuck with paying more just about anywhere, unless you get cheaper quality food and don’t care if it doesn’t taste as good and/or is an inferior product. Or, you could just not buy survivalist food at all. But just buying regular grocery food, you are still going to be paying through the nose. We all are, thanks to Herr Obama.

Eleven hundred calories a day is totally unrealistic, sorry.
Don’t ever try to live on that for very long if you weigh more than fifty pounds unless you just lie in bed and don’t even read because reading burns calories. An old time logger who stood five seven and weighed about 155 would go through the whole week’s worth in one day and just belch and wipe his beard and never gain an ounce.

1100 is a starvation diet. It wont support an active adult let alone one doing heavy physical labor. 2000 calories a day minimum and up to 4000 if you’re doing physical labor like farming or cutting wood.

I would suggest buying cornbread mix, pancake mix and other high calorie/low cost foods including those from the LDS site and buckets of sugar, wheat, oatmeal, flour and oils from most emergency food sites and even Walmart.
