Who can be surprised by this? It was obvious from the getgo that 0bamacare was all about three things:
1) The middle class will subsidize health insurance for the lower classes, including illegals.
2) The insurance companies will make a lot more money.
3) Favored groups will become part of the new exception class, which includes politicians and those with certain 'religious principles'.
