My prediction? Perry (as well as any other Repub governors) will fold & capitulate like a wet blanket the moment some RAT bastard federal judge overrules him. Just like he & other Repub governors have allowed federal judges to arbitrarily overrule state constitutional marriage amendments and have unilaterally implemented gay marriage in Repub states.

Likewise in this border security "surge" Gov Perry does not have the balls to tell some federal judge or judges to stuff it! He will fold instantly and then will shake his head in mock sorrow and proclaim "well I guess the federal judge overruled us on this". Yah right, Perry is just another squishy Repub or Repuke I might say instead!
