Why should low volumn users subsidize you!
I have Charter for internet only and use Netflix for tv. I buy their highest residential internet package, which is sold as specifically for streaming, and my hi def movies load like a pop, no waiting. I’m happy, Charter is happy, and I’m still saving money over cable tv.
What makes you think it costs more to send a gigabyte than a megabyte?
They don’t. All plans are flat rate.
