“she explained, sharing a story about her childrens doctor who pulled her aside to talk about her family diet.”
If your kid’s doctor has to pull you aside to talk to you about what your kids are eating, should you really be telling other parents what to feed their kids?
Just sayin’.
Ever notice that when that when Michelle talks about bigotry, discrimination, racism, (etc...) that she has experienced; it’s always from the point of view of a black woman. There is always the implication that only a black person can relate. But when her experience involves her ignorance in the care and feeding of her children, then it is a universal problem and Not just a Black issue.
So, her experience with discrimination is a black issue, because no one else is discriminated against. Her ignorance is universal, because if ‘she’ is ignorant; then everyone must be.
