Joni is too quick to apologize, IMHO. She was also quick to give lengthy apologies for a couple regretted legislative votes during the primary race. Smart Democrats will use that against her.

IMHO, Joni should have said, "Regarding my husband's comments, I recognize the Golden Rule. Mrs. Clinton apparently doesn't want any apologies. I don't believe she's ever apologized to Monica, to Paula, etc., etc., etc. for her husband's admitted actions. If Mrs. Clinton doesn't recognize the Rule and her ego can't handle my husband's words, I defer to her husband's reported advice: 'Put some ice on it.'"
