My .02 correction:
"Tell me why we they bailed them out again?"
"We" paid-for/will-pay for it.
"They" bailed them out so they could bankrupt the company and (try to) toss this liability in with the banko. Criminal is the word here, but no one will investigate it/prosecute.
Hell, GM's prolly already 'lost all the emails/files'...
Thanks for the correction. It certainly sounded like Twain, however. That said, I’d be willing to bet that Twain used it more than once.
I’ll do the research BEFORE posting from now on.
Unless there was an entry in the bankruptcy filing citing this sort of thing as a liability, it was not discharged in the bankruptcy.
I never know what to expect out of Calvinball.
Now that you mention it, they broke most of the other rules on bankruptcy, so why not this one too?
