Let's say that there was the political will to impeach Obama. Everyone that voted for it would be called racists for the rest of the political careers, which wouldn't be long. Regardless, lets say it passed, there is absolutely no threat of prison time as Biden would be the new president who would use his pardon power exuberantly. Just like I fully expect Bam-Bam to do before he leaves office so that no one can be held liable for crimes they committed while he was in office.

Actually, the Enquirer has pretty exhaustive fact-checking now. Losses due to past lawsuits taught then a lot. It's REALLY not your Dad's National Enquirer anymore.
