Good question.

I think there is a way around it. But would be difficult.

Can’t the House and Senate impose charges?

I think the American people have to start charging these people. It’s way way past time.

Niether house or together than they impose charges. Only a special prosecutor could bring criminal charges. And of course we know that is not going to happen under the tan ones blood brother at Justice.

Meanwhile, the sot of the house does nothing. Don’t expect Reid to say a word and neither will any of the chairs in the Senate going to say a word either....it just happens these things.

Time for a new government.

I thought Congress could set up an Independent Prosecutor to take the DOJ out of the equation.
