So, basically....no matter how bad of a f***-up an employee is, you CANNOT fire them if they are homosexual.

And to defend themselves against bias complaints, employers across the land start interrogating their employees. Please divulge sexual orientation so we can prove we fire and promote just as many gays as straights.

You know what’s going to happen them? “I’m sorry we found a more qualified applicant”. No jobs or homos will be the end result of this idiotic legislation and it will be well deserved.
