There needs to be a 21st century version of tar and feathers to humiliate these scoundrels.

Why do we need a 21st century version? Is there something wrong with the 18th century version?

Maybe thicker tar & different feathers,but it’s hard to improve on a proven formula. I believe it works every time it’s been used,too.
