and since we let anyone walk over the board... expect a few dozen satchel nukes to be brought in, assembled, and denotated across 10 cities

Why use schachel nukes? An EMP attack is logistically simpler, more efficient, and far more devastating. It will take us off the board. Within 18 months it is likely eighty percent of Americans will be dead. Then the Chinese, Ruskies, and Muzzies can attack the world at will.
