Also, I think I understand the message.. USA (govt) didn’t come to their aid..

No one will come to their aid. If they used the word "Alamo," that can't be good. We all know what happened at the Alamo.

Unfortunately, we don’t have the leadership, or the backbone as a country, to replicate what happened after the Alamo.
