I agree, but I would have put the Taliban, basically a bunch of goat herders who had no more ambitions than ruling the mountains of Afghanistan as number two, after hitting the country that actually attacked the US, Saudi Arabia, but unfortunately the Bush family were too deep in the pockets of the house of Saud to do that, so the US went after the Afghans instead.
