Actually, they can’t do that either...but in either event, there would be an immediate constitutional crisis, and this one would be very real (unlike the recent fake ones), with unpredictable and unforeseeable results.
Remember what happened to the congressman who took a camera crew to Jonestown. When you are dealing with a meglomaniac, you shouldn’t mislead yourself into thinking you are safe.
