Absolutely nothing could go wrong with this scenario now could it. Load all their bank details on to a chip for their arm bands. Nah, no problem there. Skol!
The more likely problem would be stolen armband used to run up a large bill (and the original user stuck with it). Not much of this would be needed to spoil the concept.
If it HAS to be done, why not one of those fingerprint verifiers too.
