I take it that the Posse Comitatus Act is dead. Can Military forces now be used against civilians?

Up until 1956, Civilians had better firearms than the common Soldier.

Well, they declared WAR on Drugs, but I've never heard of killing drugs with guns tanks and helicopters.

In the past 6 years we have learned that the govt is arming BOTH SIDES. Again weapons of war cannot kill that which is not living.

3rd Amendment prohibits the govt from forcing us to house and quarter troops, yet there they are! Writing tickets, and passing bond measures.

But it's OK, they're potheads and don't deserve rights. Enjoy your police state uhmerica.
