I differ with you on that score.
I think the last national election that mattered was in 2008.
We have been transformed into a Soviet-esque system since that election. The corruption in key counties in key states that gave Obama 100% of the vote in 2012 - was key in flagging the fact that the election was a complete sham.
Of course I contend Obama picked Romney to be his patsy when he announced to the press in 2010 that his biggest fear was Romney getting in the race. Cook County Crooks in the Machine are notorious for doing that, as was the Soviet Union - in trotting out a flimsy ‘opponent’ so as to create the illusion that the people have a choice in the election.
The Ruling Class orchestrated the election, so your assertion that anyone who did not vote for Romney is a traitor is absurd.
This was a velvet coup that finalized in earnest in 2009, after nearly 100 years of slow subterfuge by the fabian Socialists. It’s the end game for them.

If you’ll remember, the same FReepers who were disgusted that Romney became the Republican nominee, were the same ones who helped the Left-Wing media destroy all of our other candidates. Take your pick...Cain, Bachmann, Perry, Gingrich...etc. None of these folks were good enough. They were: “Not ready for prime-time”, “Need more experience”, “Not presidential material” etc. You know what, the same thing is going to happen this election as well. None of the candidates will be deemed good enough for one reason or another. We’ll once again help the Democrats slaughter our own candidates.
This is all mute now anyway. Whether it was 2008 or 2012, it doesn’t matter now. The “Low-Information Voter” can’t be bothered with small things like loss of freedoms and totalitarianism. I’m disgusted beyond words.
