I am not sure which network it was but he said something very much like this. The first few words are an exact quote.
“Make no mistake, this was caused by our intervention in Iraq by the Bush administration.” I am not certain he used the word Bush but if he didn’t he said basically the same thing.

Iraq does not matter with Syria except for the water it controls, now in ISIS hands along with what is in store with what Islam does when it has money, weapons and masses of willing Jihadists.
