....John Kerry called for an end to rape and sexual violence in conflict zones as he joined actress Angelina Jolie and Britain's foreign minister Friday at a London conference on the topic.
(Excerpt) Read more at npr.org ...
I have read that as many male on male rapes occur every year in prison as male on female rapes outside - the prison victims are raped repeatedly.
Maybe once I’ve read about male on male rape in the army. Which is not to say it never happens, and that the victims are too ashamed or intimidated to report it, but male victims in the Army have more of a chance to fight back or ambush an attacker later.
With 15% percent of the military female and most positions mixed, it seems logical that most victims are female - men who rape men usually do it because there are no women around.
After that, maybe Kerry can end all that nasty killing and violence that seems to always happen in war zones. I mean, is all that really necessary?!?

We dodged a bullet in 2004, only to be hit by a larger caliber in 2008. Where does the Democrat Party find these imbeciles? It's time for the adults to return and RINOs need not apply.
Iraq is imploding and this empty suit comes out with this?
Okay; thanks. There’s no trace of it, after clicking through via that AP link, to the Missourian’s site. Not in their current story list; and 3 site searches return “No Results” for the title, or even on just “Kerry”.
OH! Just noticed the top link is now NPR.org; It was Southeast Missourian earlier, when I followed it. That new one does go to the same story.
So does a link from Google: http://www.washingtonpost.com/entertainment/celebrities/john-kerry-joins-calls-for-end-to-sexual-violence/2014/06/13/48f20104-f2ec-11e3-8d66-029598e98add_story.html
Raising the fag flag with the stars and stripes ought to help.
I’d like to see our army bring back the catapult, and use these jokers for ammunition.
