I am sure a strongly worded letter from the Big Zero is on the way.

Don’t see any rails there, either. In any case, we are talking about tanks. Please stay focused.

I think tomorrow is the big solar flare day, so don’t worry none of this will matter then. I have a 10 year supply of matches will trade for, I dunno, what ya got?

It’s hard to tell Russian tanks apart after the turret inevitably pops off.

lol...
Along these same lines, the rebels raided the Topaz electronics works in Donetsk on Tuesday, and made off with a complete Mandat Electronic Warfare Jamming and surveillance mobile unit, as well as an AA-equipped APC.

Heavy combat, right now, in Mariupol.
National Guard moved into town at dawn, and there has been fighting, including artillery, since. Several live feeds are going, but they are all going up and down.

Per Twitter, the attacking forces appear to be Oleg Lyashko’s Private Right Sector Militia, called Battalion “Azov”

It doesn’t really matter, they’re all crap. They lack and good fire control, no gyros. Like most things they made, they look all fancy but are highly inferior to west’s gear.
If this is true and they’re sending armor in, when is the media going to let us know? Maybe they’re still trying to figure out the best way to spin this.

The rebels also seem to have gotten at least two Yak-50’s flying, as well.
It is an aerobatics trainer. As the Israeli’s showed us long ago, it isn’t hard to turn those types of aircraft into ground support planes.

I had thought that the tanks were T-64's because they have smaller wheels with larger spaces between the wheels compared to the T-72's. And they definitely weren't T-62's which have one less wheel on each side.
More about the three tanks from this article.
(Excerpt)
Several reports said the tanks are Russian T-72s, but Konstantin Mashovets, a former Ukrainian Defense Ministry official who now works as a military analyst for the Kiev-based Center for Military and Political Studies, said the tanks are Ukrainian T-64s, not T-72s, as had been speculated, and that they had likely been seized by Russian forces in Crimea before making their way into mainland Ukraine. Anton Heraschenko, an advisor to Avakov, the interior minister, confirmed at a briefing in Kiev on Friday that the tanks were once in the possession of Ukraines armed forces in Crimea. He said the tanks had been transferred by sea to Russia before crossing the border into Ukraine.
