Even with all the fakery, she doesn’t look like the cover of her book. Some very creative photoshopping been done :)
It’s not airbrushing anymore, and not even Photoshop. There are specialized portrait editing software packages that allow you to completely change the look of a portrait photo, including altering the shape of the face to enhance the appearance.
