No, Ted Cruz WAS, (not considered), a citizen at birth, being born to 2 citizen parents.
That does not MAKE him a NBC. He’s got HALF of it, but you have to be born in the good old USA also, to be eligible to the office.

Once again, in order for your opinion to be considered factually a legal opinion you have to be able to back it up with either the Constitution, relevant US Law or relevant SCOTUS Ruling.
