They ate steak at a place named for a long dead lame game-show host?

I think it's a different Bobby Van. The Bobby Van who opened this restaurant, did it in 1969 and managed it as well. The game show host and singer/dancer with the same name on the other hand has been active on film and TV till he died in 1980.

I like the look of it. I might go and try it sometime.
