Can someone here please explain THIS? No idea what to think, what was he doing in the Army in the first place? The following was confirmed by the Coast Guard, (Wash. Post Article) only the part about psychiatric problems is not confirmed, but certainly implied. And why is this not al over the news? Is it a set up for an AWOL insanity defense?
