“As a solution, I would suggest that the states where they are now located take custody of the children and go to state court and petition to have parenteral rights revoked based on child abuse and abandonment. If the parents want them, they should be allowed to return home but if not, they should be made available for adoption. This would be a humane way to deal with the issue and would discourage the practice. It would also defeat the main objective which is having a family member gain residency to facilitate chain migration.”
There are 2 billion children in the world that could fall under this humanitarian way to handle them.
Are you really crazy enough to wish to embrace this?
Got news for you: WE CANNOT TAKE CARE OF THE WORLD’S POPULATION.
I don't know about you or your parents, but most parents I know would do almost anything to prevent the parent child relationship being severed. My view is that faced with the real prospect of loosing their child, most parents would choose to have them returned. Generally, when the cost is greater than the benefit, the questionable behaiver is avoided.
Obviously a person who can conjur up a vision of two billion children decending on this country en masse is too advanced for me. I yield to your superior powers of persuasion.
