I am betting Bergdahl doesn’t want to come back to the US.
ANOTHER parallel to Sgt. Brody on “Homeland”?
The fact he hasn't talked to his family indicates to me either he is facing some serious issues or there are problems in the family dynamic.
Obama was a fool to take them to the White House and insert himself in this mess.
...Rescued kitten from tree, LOL! Google image search on Paktika Afghanistan where OP Mest was. See if you can find a bush in that neighborhood. Looks like the moon.
I’m personally wondering if Bergdahl is being kept in custody in the hopes that someone will let him commit suicide along the lines of how Vince Foster committed suicide.
His debriefing might take a while.
This photo gives a general sense of the Paktika area where Bowe's unit had the OP. One's doesn't lay down his light machine gun while on guard duty to go wandering in the darkest hours of night. That he took his compass indicates that Bowe had a fairly good idea of his destination, informed by intel briefing as to likely Taliban positions.
Now, if Maria Harf sees this photo with that single cluster of trees she just might use that treed kitty excuse.
I suspect the military loses control over him if he comes back here to liberal lala land. I await what the military decides to do.
I agree. They are trying to “reprogram” him.
Yes
Possibly eye dialated
We don't really know that since the MSM is typically remaining silent on this topic.
I've said it before and I will say it again, Bergdahl has been in touch with his father via the internet since he first deserted.......
We're not hearing anything from the family because the family has been kept abridged of everything that has been going on.......
In 66 years I have never seen a cat skeleton in a tree. Not a one.
LOL!
“...I was aware of a detainee we called ‘Wild Bill’ who came to us from Afghanistan a drug addicted schizophrenic.”
I have bipolar mania with psychotic features and schizoaffective disorder in the family with some members getting genes from both sides (urp!)
These conditions often emerge in early adulthood at about the age of military enlistment. Unfortunately some families and enlistees might be tempted (given lack of morals and ethics today) to hide successfully medicated candidate’s true mental conditions and medications from recruiters...hoping that combat conditions or lack of availability of meds during deployment won’t cause mental impairment to emerge that would endanger a mission or result in loss of life to the enlistee or other soldiers.
I have long suspected that the high rate of suicide these days has something to do with failure to detect bipolar candidates prior to enlistment who may be on meds that aren’t disclosed.
