FYI...just in case you didn’t see it. This is a bi-partisan effort to reprimand Obama. Not much, but its a step closer to holding him accountable for his willful violation of the law with respect to the Bergdhal swap.

Obama is such a narcissistic, arrogant sociopath that I doubt something like this will retrain him. He will continue to ignore Congress and the American people and use that phone and pen until he facecs legal removal.
