He just got it back to it was when Crist took office.
When my option is to keep him or put Crist in, I'm keeping the guy who actually has a record of cutting debt and vetoing spending.

Taxpayers, which is most people in a State like Florida that doesn't have an income tax.
I'd prefer a free market in education, but that's not on the table.
The people in this State want their taxes to subsidize higher education. Seeing Crist elected in place of Scott isn't going to alter that, it isn't going to effect it in any way.
But I have NO reason to think that putting Crist back in the governor's mansion won't lead to more debt as he compromises in every direction he can seeking 'accomplishments'.
I'll stick with the guy who considers cutting debt an 'accomplishment' and has a record of doing it that I can't find equal to in the last 100 years.
