This is consistent with my opinion that Obammy does not make a single decision. He is a figure head that was picked by democrat leaders simply because he was black and electable. He reads the scripts they tell him and does whatever they say. In return he and Moochelle get to “live the dream”. I would absolutely believe that Obammy had nothing to do with this decision.
