The Soldiers in Bergdahl’s unit went out into hostile territory to try and rescue him. They didn’t stop and show their political party cards before they went out. They just went out facing the chance that they could be killed.
The American Press has set a new low for themselves with their stories about Bergdahl’s fellow Soldiers. Let me give you the only thing that matters about the Soldiers in Bergdahl’s unit.
They went out into hostile territory to try and get him back.
I don’t give a s**t if their brass was polished. I don’t give a s**t if they didn’t have Patton as their leader. I do give a s**t about whether they had the courage and commitment to go out into hostile territory and risk their life to try to get back one of their own. They had that by the truckload.
