I am also suspicious. Looks like a frangible round, something they used to spatter on specially armored aircraft for gunnery practice. But they were fired from belt-fed weapons, not mags. This baby looks like a poor penetrator and worse, a jam'o'matic in a pistol.

How about in a .38 or .357? Or better yet- a .44 mag with a six inch barrel?
