It’s pretty astounding.How about some serious prison time for the “parents” and the people who vetted them?
What an unbelievable awful story. The adoptive mother is deeply sadistic and delights in the slow painful destruction of the oldest two girls. The 13 y/o was on what the girls called “deep prison”, where she had to live out in the back yard nude, her crime? “Stealing food”, never mind that she resembled a concentration camp survivor.

Those 2 need to be stripped and placed in a plain view holding tank with a bucket for about 6 months. For their own safety of course.
AND there was a 22 year old daughter living in the house. I wonder who eventually called the authorities. The article didn’t say (or I overlooked it.)

People have become so sick and twisted it scares me.
And they are kind of old to be adopting such young children!
