This apparently was one of the documents compliments of Bradly Manning's leaking. The timeline fits.
Assigned in 2009 to an Army unit in Iraq as an intelligence analyst, Manning had access to classified databases. In early 2010 she leaked classified information to WikiLeaks and confided this to Adrian Lamo, an online acquaintance. Lamo informed Army Counterintelligence, and Manning was arrested in May that same year. The material included videos of the July 12, 2007 Baghdad airstrike, and the 2009 Granai airstrike in Afghanistan; 250,000 U.S. diplomatic cables; and 500,000 Army reports that came to be known as the Iraq War logs and Afghan War logs. Much of the material was published by WikiLeaks or its media partners between April and November 2010.[7]

Absolutely. The latrine claim is not credible at all. That's why I brought it up in the first place. My theory in comment #20 is that everything the Taliban said is suspect. The Army may have better evidence that the Taliban left IEDs on the road for Bergdahl's rescuers. Standing alone, this message leaves quite a bit of doubt.
In civilian terms it an initial report of Bergdahl being missing and a log of events of the unit attempting to find him.
Its a time line of events of what actually happened after he left the forward operating base.

bergdahl was off base. He had made the decision to leave his unit & his evil rifle. He was totally without regard for his safety and was not paying attention.
I’m not sure what he was thinking beyond unicorns and peace for mankind.
