His actions are not evidence of incompetence. Rather they reveal his intent.
What he did, how and why were deliberate.
Our reaction means nothing to him.

This has gotten remarkably little press--considered a slanderous rumor.
Also, does anyone remember "my Muslim faith" in conversation with Stephanopolous? Passed off as a slip of the tongue.
And then, there's the well-known "57 states" slip. It's not arithmetic, or ignorance of how many US states there are. There ARE 57 theocratic, Islamic states, and that's what was uppermost in Obama's mind when he made this Freudian slip.
