Same thing happened to me years ago. I was driving down a two lane road when a black woman pulled out in front of me at a crossroads. I had the right-of-way, but I locked up the brakes. she looked straight ahead and never checked the road before pulling out.
This gal knew I was crossing, but she didn’t care. Some gentleman coming out of the store saw it and he told me this stuff appears to have become a habit with some of them.
