Nevada had the chance to do it in 2010. They opted (again) for Harry Reid over Sharon Angle.

So, if anything comes up, anything for which this administration is being criticized for, the answer is what difference does it make?
Hillary and now Harry Reid are setting the standard, that these issues just don’t matter that much, if they say what difference does it make.
Whether the issue is Benghazi, or this absurd prisoner swap, the liberal attempt is to defuse the issue by minimizing it, by saying what difference does it make.
