If it isn't the weather, it's a tsunami, or the Republicans, or ATM machines, or not enough stimulus money, or greedy corporations not spending their hoarded cash just because they are racists, or maybe racism in general, or George W. Bush deliberately sabotaging it so that Obama won't succeed, or maybe it was Europe, or the Tea Party, or, well, just about everything except Obama's staggeringly anti-business, anti-growth policies.
Listen, he put in tough EPA coal regulations that will come online AFTER he leaves office, so that, conveniently, he will not have to deal with the consequences. He never accepts responsibility for anything, even though he is directly responsible.
