No apologies needed; they should not be accepted without true repentance, and that has not yet been demonstrated in any aspect of the present administration, so giving them would simply add hypocrisy to all the rest.

There is an ontological problem with that because repentance is always completed in the future. What would you expect out of Obama now, send Bowe back to the Taliban?
