How and where do you carry when riding?

Could you have drawn quick enough in this rider’s situation?

You’d better have answers to both, before pronouncing carrying as your solution.

That happened to someone else, but some sort of inside the waistband holster may do.

At least if he had been armed he would have had a fighting chance, he had none without a gun.
