Here's the thing about Bergdahl and the Jump-to-Conclusions mats: What if his platoon was long on psychopaths and short on leadership? (1/5)— Brandon Friedman (@BFriedmanDC) June 5, 2014

Personally I think they knew exactly what the fallout would be but knew whatever it was it would be a lot less than the fallout if the terrorist weren’t released and the muslim brotherhood and terrorist from Benghazi suddenly started talking about Benghazi and who arranged for Stevens to be in Benghazi on that particular day.

This has the smell of “blackmail” all over it.

I am getting awfully tired of these 30+ something punks with their MBA’s and no military service making policy decisions and statements about the military.

Haven’t a number of defenders of Sgt. Bo said that we can’t jump to conclusions? Yet here we have another defender of Sgt. Bo doing what? Jumping to conclusions. Yet there is a distinct difference. Sgt. Bo’s accusers are making their accusations based on the facts that they personally witnessed. This clown is truly jumping to conclusions, throwing any piece of crap out there and seeing what sticks to the wall.

Mr Friedman, what if my aunt had a set of testicles? Why then she would be my uncle!

"What if" is essentially meaningless, as anybody can float a hypothesis, absent a single fact. Do *you* have any evidence at all to back your hypothesis? If not, you drivel is just that, drivel...the infowarrior

He has served since March 2014 in the Obama administration as the Deputy Assistant Secretary for Public Affairs at the United States Department of Housing and Urban Development.

So, in essence, this clown has been in his 'oh-so-lofty' position for all of less than 90 days? Heck, he's still on probation, and thus should keep his trap firmly shut!

Its well past itme for impeachment. But it won’t happen now or ever. Dear leader could shoot toddlers from a cannon on the white house lawn while wearing a tutu and screaming allah u akhbar...and nothing would happen. And he knows it.

As for the rest of us....once you start looking at things as they are ratherf than what you wish them to be, possibilities start to present themselves. My tagline is one. There are others.

First, thank you for your service!

I was curious about this punk, so did a search on bing.com (I won’t use Google).

Apparently, he actually did serve in the military:

From Wikipedia:

“Prior to his work in government, politics, and the media, Friedman served as an infantry officer in the U.S. Army’s 101st Airborne Division in Pakistan, Afghanistan, Kuwait, and Iraq. In March 2002, he led a rifle platoon into Afghanistan’s Shah-e-Kot Valley in order to engage Taliban and al Qaeda fighters as part of Operation Anaconda—a battle later written about by journalist Sean Naylor in Not a Good Day to Die. A year later, Friedman commanded a heavy weapons platoon during the invasion of Iraq. He led troops during combat and counterinsurgency operations in Hillah, Baghdad, and Tal Afar. Friedman left active duty in 2004 after having spent the latter portion of his Iraq tour as an executive officer managing troop movements, security issues, and logistics throughout northern Iraq as the insurgency intensified. He was awarded two Bronze Stars for his service in Afghanistan and Iraq.[3]”

And, wrote a book:
“The War I Always Wanted: The Illusion of Glory and the Reality of War: A Screaming Eagle in Afghanistan and Iraq (Zenith Press, 2007) ISBN 0-7603-3150-2

The War I Always Wanted is a non-fiction memoir that details Friedman’s experiences in combat in Afghanistan and Iraq. The book traces his metamorphosis from a young, eager cadet into a disillusioned—but wiser—adult and veteran.[10] The book was released in July 2007 to positive reviews throughout the media and in the military community. While Publishers Weekly gave The War I Always Wanted only faint praise (calling the book “cynical but appealing”), subsequent reviewers were more effusive.”

From the above, while he served in the military, it also appears that he “became (was) cynical” (e.g., IMHO a Dem).

Looks like he’s only appeared on MSNBC, CNN & C-SPAN. Also looks like he ticked off Rush.

bing.com page on him with links to various articles (some timelines on the left): http://www.bing.com/search?q=brandon+friedman&qs=n&form=QBLH&pq=brandon+friedman&sc=0-0&sp=-1&sk=&cvid=362ba033b7ad4aa1bb5f537cf061734f

Wikipedia page on him: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Brandon_Friedman

All that said - I think his remarks were uncalled for and he’s a jerk!

There is a really dark side to this pos, Brandon Friedman:

His position with the VA would have enabled him to lie about how good our VA hospitals were and how our vets were being treated.

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Brandon_Friedman

In 2009, Friedman accepted a role as the Director of Online Communications at the United States Department of Veterans Affairs in Washington, D.C. In that position, he became “responsible for devising, implementing, and overseeing the Department’s emerging media strategy”[3] or, as FierceHealthIT described it in 2011, VA’s “burgeoning social media empire.”[4] Additionally in 2011, AOL Government noted that VA was “becoming a model for other agencies.”[5] Friedman’s office and staff have been the subject of cover story profiles in The Washington Post,[6] The Federal Times,[7] Stars and Stripes,[8] and other publications.

#4: Deputy Assistant Secretary for Public Affairs”.

More like “Deputy Assst Secy for PUBIC Affairs” since this guy is a little prick.

I hope he likes is next job a McDonald’s because if the Republicans take the Senate, his job will be cut out of the appropriations.

I’d prefer that something else be cut but that only’s a fantasy. A new “soprano”, maybe?

I’m going to ask a rhetorical question.

IS THERE ANY OBAMA REGIME OFFICIAL WHO IS NOT INSANE, A SEXUAL PERVERT, DELUSIONAL, MARXIST OR A TRAITOR, or any combination thereof?

Van Jones, Anita Dunn, David Axelrod, Susan Rice, Valerie Jarrett, Joe Biden, Jay Carney, Robert Gibbs, Brandon Friedman, Mary? Harf (State Dept. media whore), Kathleen Sebelius, Janet Napolitano, Chuck Hagel, Tom Vilsack, Lisa Jackson and Gina McCarthy (EPA), Gen. Dempsey, Clapper, Brennan, Donilon, McDonough, Hillary Clinton, Samantha Power and her psychopathic husband Cass Sunstein, David Pfeiffer and David Pfoufle, Robert Brauer, etc. etc. etc.

Join the listings. We need to know who the traitors are.

More of Clinton's "Nuts and Sluts" defense.

It doesn't work as well now that everybody in the administration wants to get into the act with their two cents.
