The guy writing this has two Bronze Stars from our recent war endeavors. And yet his most recent Time article is in defense of the VA where he worked for a few years. But I find it interesting that this guy comes out of the woodwork to rescue this guy who abandoned his unit in a war zone.
Some of them are liberal. Not many, but some.
Good to “see” you. ;-)
It’s taken them a few days to dig deep down into the Administration to find this guy, who has the appearance of credibility by virtue of his combat experience, to float this latest twisted narrative. Friedman should be shamed and shunned by his former battle buddies.
He wrote an anti-war book, and had this to say about it:
“The War I Always Wanted was recognized in 2010 by the Military Times as one of “The Best Military Books of the Decade”[12] and by Daily Kos as one of “The Best Books of the Decade.”[13]
If the Daily Kos is endorsing your book as one of the “best of the decade,” that's really all I need to know about you, your service, and your attitude towards your country.
Thanks for finding that Time article. Ties him to the VA (2009-2012) before his switch to HUD.
But he still finds time to go on air, in print, and in social media.
He carries the administration’s water bucket.
