During the 2008 election campaign, Mr. Obama made two things clear. First, that the Constitution of the United States was a reactionary document that stood in the way of socialism. Secondly, that he was going to wage war on coal.

See, there are some instances where the lyin' king actually tells us exactly what he's gonna do. As far as congress "letting" him do everything he feels like........... Looks like there's little desire to be in the history books for being the person who mounted an impeachment "attack" on the first half-rican American POtuS. Hell, that would move McCarthy out of his anti-commie position as the most vilified legislator. Here's hopin' the midterms bring us someone who can defund these assclowns.

and that means the real dereliction of duty is Congress, which is REQUIRED to impeach and remove him for high crimes.

Obama’s made no bones about his treasonous ways. Congress, the Senate, and even the military are all complicit in allowing this usurper to continue to rule.

Pelosi was way too smart in 2007 and 2008 to let her lib members push her into that trap. Her plan was to get control of DC to pass her agenda.

Ha!
Not only THAT... Obama IS only what anyone has ever LET HIM BE...on his own abilities and merits (painfully sparse) he couldn’t BE a anything!

And Congress lets him because the American people let it.
People get the kind of government they demand, and they deserve the kind of government that they get.

The author of this article and those commenting on this thread don't know much about our govt.
If you frame it as the legislative branch and the executive branch, leaving out the judicial branch, you don't know what is going on.
CO2 regulation is being driven by the courts and to be more specific the SCOTUS decision in 2007. Plus the SCOTUS decision in 2011. Plus the DC Court of Appeals decision in 2012. And to be accurate, SCOTUS has one more decision to make although it is a minor decision.
President Bush, Senator Obama, and President Obama wanted Congress to take the lead, but Congress failed. After which President Obama/EPA moved forward doing what SCOTUS told EPA to do.

That’s why we must recapture the senate, and rout out house RINOs in favor of real conservatives.

Few if any incumbents or “career” pols will get my vote in the primaries. Same old “they’ve been around and know how the system works” arguments are tossed out there. THAT is the problem. “They” know how the system works. If the mayor is endorsing a particular candidate, I won’t vote for them. Same with sheriffs all the way down to dog catchers. Guess we’ll have to wait and see what the primaries bring to forecast the Nov mid-terms.
