Here are the results from Holmes County in the 2012 election which would have a larger turnout than an off-year election primary:

B. Obama (i) 83.9% 6,775
M. Romney 15.7% 1,264

With so few GOP voters in that county, it is virtually impossible for Cochran to make up 7000 votes.

Thanks for those Holmes Co. numbers from 2012....

That makes me feel more confident...as long as HB doesn’t create “110+%’ ballots, via Philly elections...
