Top labels that the US first lady wears would cost thousands of dollars a month
Michelle Obamas fashionable clothing has become something of a given in her five-plus years as first lady. Yet her wardrobe still is the subject of endless public fascination and one long-simmering question: Who pays for those incredible outfits?
Its no small matter. Her high-low fashion choices mix everyday, off-the-rack fare with custom creations from top designers whose gowns can run into five figures.

They are donated or loaned by designers.
Doesn’t matter if their taste is all in their mouth and blinder than three mice.
I don’t have a problem with it either.
However, MO’s advisors are idiots for letting her wear atrocious crap.
Put me in charge of her wardrobe.
She’ll look like a million bucks when I’m through.
I have taught many women how to dress.
I don’t mess around with cheap stuff either.
I've always said, you are the Versace of the Bay Area.
ROFLMTO...good one.
LOL
Bed Bath and Beyond?
I think the Christo and Jeanne-Claude “Gates” presentation, a la Central Park, would suit her perfectly... the Orange was exquisite and the drapery on her figure of the material could not be replicated..
Michelle can actually look pretty good if she wears a long straight evening dress. There was a splendid gold one she wore for the Indian prime minister and a blue sequined one she wore to the Kennedy Center. She looked elegant. If you didn’t know who she was, you would have thought she was the spouse of some African ruler.
Yep.
I think she be seen very beautiful and elegant but, the Kuh rap designers she chooses are idiots.
What a G-D fat assed SLOB! I’d better stop right here............
That said, she has lousy taste in clothes and seems to have no conception of what looks good on her body type nor how good posture can make a world of difference.
That doesn’t fit very well, or perhaps she’s wearing the wrong bra, but objectively speaking it’s a beautiful dress and it makes her look good.
Let’s be fair: if she were known to be a sweet Christian person or if she were a conservative, we would be far less critical about her choice of evening wear. I hope we would still be critical about her posture, manners, choice of daywear, and general bearing, which are all dreadful.
