Because of our stupid immigration laws, OTMs get a court date (good luck) and are released in the U.S. I am assuming that they are flying illegals from Tejas to Arizona because they have enough BP to process them there. My other guess is that the administration doesn't want Americans to know exactly how many OTMs we are releasing into the U.S. Those are the people you see getting dumped at Arizona Greyhound terminals.

the unaccompanied minor problem is new, as well. This shows the level of desperation these people have because they see the amnesty window opening and they need to get somebody over the finish line before the window closes. I honestly don't know what we are going to do with the 60k we are tracking towards this year plus 110k we are expecting next year. The Administration is tasking FEMA with caring for these kids.
